About Us

Polygender Scotland is a group that was set up in September 2006 to provide social and support opportunities for all gender variant people. We have members across Scotland who have a variety of different gender identities.

We currently meet once a month. Meetings tend to involve a discussion around a particular topic, a more informal discussion around anything that comes up.

Polygender Scotland sits on the Steering group of The Scottish Transgender alliance. We've also recently been included on the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland LGBT reference group.

Polygender Scotland is a constituted group with a committee consisting of a Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. We are currently seeking funding to stage both a conference for service providers and a community festival in the summer of 2009.
